"Chile Please. I can't sweat my hair out!"

Of all the excuses that I hear from women about why they "can't" workout, the worst has to be "I can't sweat my hair out." Now granted, I currently have a head full of locs that save me from the fear of sweating my hair out, getting my hair wet, and sometimes just doing my hair in general. That does't mean that I don't experience the occasional sister moment of wanting my edges to be slayed and laid to rest. I understand the importance of appearance but it's time to take those excuses to the landfill ladies. We know that it has been scientifically proven that regular physical activity and shunning McDonald's can reduce your risk of just about every ailment under the sun. I mean you can damn near reverse your age by two years by doing a little cardio here and there. So are you really gonna allow a little sweat stand between you and the fountain of youth?
