Reasons Why You Should Go To The Gym (Hint: They Have Nothing To Do With Your Body Image)

"To stay healthy.. To stay in shape.. To look good for my birthday.." Those are a few of the many reasons people workout and go to the gym. However, people dont realize that it's much deeper than that. There are so many other reasons why you should stay healthy and in shape that has NOTHING to do with your body image. When you go to the gym or even just workout in the comfort of your own home, you feel better physically and mentally. If you are someone who gets stressed or annoyed easily, the gym is like a prescription to help cure that. Exercising helps to keep you energized even when you have a lot to do. Your confidence is improved completely as well, you will walk into a room feeling as if no one can compete with you because you compete with no one. This also helps with relationships.. the more you love yourself, the more love you can give someone else! (Not to mention bedroom play is wayyy more fun when you're in shape!) Your sleep is so much better when you make an effort to work out at least 3 times a week... no seriously.. you'll sleep like a baby! Everyone has their different reasons why they may go to the gym and exercise all the time, but for most it has nothing at all to do with their body image.
