Feeling Bloated? Top 5 Detox Drinks to Get Rid of That Stubborn Belly Fat!

StartFragmentStubborn belly fat is a serious nuisance, especially when you are bloated and cant do anything to get those bowels moving. This is usually a sign of toxic overload, other signs and symptoms of this include constipation, fatigue, food cravings and nausea. There are many detox concoctions that can help you out instantly with any of those that were previously listed. Take down some detoxes from the list below to help you out!

  1. Cucumber and Lemon Water: Cucumber help the passing of urine, this helps to cleanse the liver and flush out the toxins. Lemon on the other hand contains vitamin C which helps detoxify the body and aids digestion. Lemon water also works wonders for the face and keeps you glowing, who wouldn't love that?!​

  2. ginger, Ginger , GINGER!: Ginger root cut up and placed in warm water (sugar is optional) is an effective remedy for nausea. Although it can be used in its own drink, it can be placed in any other mix to help relieve bloating and constipation.

  3. Aloe Vera Drink: The Aloe Vera gel in the drinks contain laxative and many anti-inflammatory properties that aid in digestion. It is also great for normalizing the pH balance and lessening the formation of yeast. The Aloe Vera brand drink called "OKF" is one of my favorites and has many different flavors such as, pineapple and pomegranate.

  4. "The Master Cleanse": This is another one of my favorites and tastes great when made as a tea. You'll need 2 tablespoons of organic lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of organic maple syrup, 1/10 teaspoons of cayenne pepper and 10 ounces of purified water. In order for this to be as effective, you must drink 6-12 glasses per day. This detox can be used for detoxification or weight loss!

  5. Apple Cider Vinegar Drink: Of course Apple Cider isn't too tasty to drink alone, so you'll also need a glass of water, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of raw honey. Just like the Master Cleanse, this will taste better in a heated mug.
